Because shapewear is an intimate garment, we have a few guidelines to ensure fairness and hygiene for all of our customers.
✅ Eligible Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and received within 14 days of approval.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Panties, thongs, or other intimate undergarments
- Worn or washed items
- Clearance or final-sale items
💳 Refunds & Credits
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (minus shipping charges) within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns outside our standard policy.
📦 Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable service (UPS, USPS Priority, DHL, etc.) to ensure your return arrives safely.
- We cannot be responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments.
♻️ Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order in your correct size or preferred style.
